In February I auditioned for the lead role in a short film with a brilliant concept and script - the story of a man who is so desperate to get on Reality TV that he goes to all manner of ends to achieve his goal, including ultimately, holding a shop up at gunpoint to make the local news.

Unfortunately I couldn't attend the recall audition, but the director offered me a smaller part in the film, 'Infamy' and I worked on the shoot for a day in March.  Shot on a Panavision Genesis HD camera by a talented DP and crew it was a good day and the results should be top quality.

With other cameo appearances from Kevin Eldon and Carol Smillie, this one may get some TV exposure this year.

"Having worked with Jonathan on a number of productions, both film and theatre, I have to say that one of the chief pleasures of working with Jonathan is his willingness to explore every avenue of a character. He comes to the rehearsal room with a wealth of ideas and suggestions, his generosity and his versatility make him a very exciting actor to work with and are reflected in the diversity of his performance."
