The Only Hotel (Feature Film)
| Status: | Completed |
| Production Dates: | Sep 20 2001 - Oct 15 2001 |
| Role: | "William" (Supporting) - Amicable cross-dresser. |
This is the third feature I have been involved in, and it encountered a variety of problems during production, but the result should be a winner.
Beautifully shot by Stefan Led Sorensen on 35mm, the film charts the attempt of a lost American woman to swindle drug money from the strange hotel she arrives at from USA. Inhabited by a number of surreal and curious characters, the hotel provides the labyrinthe backdrop to her escapades.
Pursued by hit-men and various thugs, she is unwittingly aided by William.
My character, William, seems initially to be a hardened groundsman, but turns out to be a rather vulnerable, but sharp, cross-dresser! He's roped into her mission and saves the day by planting a bullet in the bad guy's temple, albeit dressed as a woman.
Lots of fun to play and I got to fire real guns.....and wear womens clothes.
The producer has pushing it in L.A. and recently sold the Worldwide Rights to Shoreline Entertainment.
